Program Guidelines:

1. Present your Friend of Jake card when you dine at Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap or at any of the participating Levy Restaurant locations and you will receive 1 point for every dollar that you spend (gratuity excluded). Your receipt will show the points earned and your current point balance. You may also earn points on the purchase of Gift Cards.
2. You accumulate your points and select rewards based on how many points you bank. Any rewards you redeem points for will automatically expire one year from the date of issue. Your points do not expire annually, but if you do not earn at least 250 points in a year, your membership may be discontinued. 3. You may view and load all dining or other rewards online.  You may redeem reward dollars the next time you dine at a participating restaurant by simply presenting your card to your server and asking to use the reward dollars on your card.
4. You may set-up a combined account with your spouse, but not with any other member. Only one card per account can be issued.  Only the person paying the bill will be credited with points.
5. To qualify for points on private party functions, you must be an active member (with at least 250 points accrued in one calendar year) before booking the party. Points for private parties are given for food and beverage only. Private party functions are not eligible for Gold Status point accrual.  All members will earn 1 point per dollar on all private events.  Dining certificates are not valid towards deposits for private parties.
6. Levy Preferred Gold Status will continue to be honored. Those who earned this status before January 1, 2009 will continue to earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent. Members who earn 2000 or more points each year will be invited to Gold Status.  Those members that do not earn a minimum 2000 points annually will lose Gold Status.

Terms and conditions

It is the Member’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below:

The membership card is not a credit card, but is intended only as a method of tracking visits to participating Levy Restaurant locations.  Card is for individual use only and is non-transferable. Points may not be credited to business entities.   Card must be presented at the time of purchase. 

Points are earned on a calendar year from January 1 to December 31.  One point is earned for each dollar spent (excluding tip) at all participating Levy Restaurant locations.  Points have no cash value and certain blackout dates and restrictions may.  Points may expire.  Points may be converted to Rewards online.  Members are solely responsible for any tax liability related to participation in the program.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. Any member who fails at any time to earn at least 250 points within a twelve (12) month period is subject to termination of his or her membership and forfeiture of all accrued points.

Levy Restaurants reserves the right to terminate a member’s account and cancel accrued points if Levy Restaurants in its sole discretion believes the member is abusing the program, or is misrepresenting any information associated to the program.

Employees of Levy Restaurants and its affiliated companies and their families are not eligible for membership.

Levy Restaurants reserves the right to terminate the program, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or partially at any time with or without notice.  Levy Restaurants may also withdraw, limit or cancel the number of points required for reward redemption or change the number or type of Reward offered.  Levy Restaurants will have final decision in any disputes over Rewards.

By completing the member profile, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, all of which terms and conditions are subject to change with Levy Restaurants’ sole discretion, at any time.
